Our M.A.S.T. program focuses on creating team buy-in and a culture of readiness through a structured program that can span 2 hours to 8 hours, depending on desired content and hands-on training. Emergency preparation, safe habits, active assailant
prevention, structural defense and awareness exercises are all part of this program. This is primarily classroom-based learning, however it is discussion and hands-on throughout. This is our program that we offer to those seeking “active shooter” training, as we believe that a proactive response is more effective than a reactive response, and our approach to that specific problem is unique.
