This full day program covers scene and patient assessment, stopping bleeding, starting breathing, wound management and trauma kit concepts. The training continues with multiple hands-on and team-based scenarios, utilizing realistic wound makeup (moulage) and role players. Students will have to complete these scenarios in open areas, confined spaces, around large equipment, in and around vehicle and in a variety of other situations that are contextual to their jobs and day-to-day activities. An official Stop The Bleed certification is provided to all students who complete this class.
